At Dirty Driller Co., every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyers remorse, or accidental orders.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Sizing
Please review the sizing information provided on each product page before ordering. Many of our products are listed as running small, so if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Shipping Issues
Dirty Driller Co. is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
