Wash & Print Care

How should I wash my garment?

To keep your Dirty Driller Co. gear looking sharp, turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners — they break down the print over time.

Can I tumble dry?

Yes, but use low heat only. High heat can crack or peel the graphic print. Better yet, lay flat or hang dry for maximum longevity.

Can I iron the print?

Do not iron directly on the print. If ironing is needed, turn inside out and iron on the reverse side on a low setting.

Can I dry clean?

We do not recommend dry cleaning — the solvents can damage screen-print and DTG (direct-to-garment) ink.

Sizing

How do your garments fit?

Our hoodies and tees run small with a slightly relaxed, streetwear-influenced cut. If you're between sizes or prefer an oversized fit, size up.

Where can I find size charts?

Each product page includes a size chart specific to that garment style. Measurements are listed in inches (chest, length, sleeve). When in doubt, measure a favorite hoodie or tee you already own and compare.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes — most styles are available in sizes S through 4xl Check the individual product page for the full size range available for that item.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

What is print-on-demand?

Dirty Driller Co. uses a print-on-demand model, meaning every item is printed and fulfilled fresh after you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide catalog without holding bulk inventory — and it means your gear is made specifically for you.

How long does production take?

Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days of being placed. This is separate from shipping transit time.

Will my order ship as one package?

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment facilities depending on the product type. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because production begins quickly, cancellation or modification windows are very short — typically within 12 hours of order placement. Contact us immediately at the earliest opportunity and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to United States and Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take after production?

Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after production. International orders vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within the expected production window.

Are customs duties included in the price?

For international orders, import duties and taxes may be assessed by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

How do I report a defective or incorrect item?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review and resolve it promptly.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is confirmed lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate and reship if necessary.

Worksite Suitability

Are graphic hoodies appropriate on industrial work sites?

Dirty Driller Co. apparel is designed for off-duty wear, casual use, and lifestyle expression — not for use as personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-compliant workwear.

Many active drilling sites and industrial facilities enforce strict dress codes or FR (flame-resistant) clothing requirements. Our standard cotton/polyester hoodies and tees are not FR-rated and should not be worn as PPE or as primary workwear in environments requiring fire-resistant or high-visibility clothing.

Always follow your site's safety regulations and PPE requirements.
